Meet our team here at Chief. With extensive skills and experience, each and every member of our team are highly motivated, hard-working and dedicated to providing our customers with thorough, professional and quality products and services. Our growing team and ‘Chief family’ include varying levels of technicians, apprentices, administrative officers and quality and operations managers.
Glen founded Chief Fluid Systems in 2010 with over 35 years of industry experience. He oversees the running and performance of all aspects within Chief. He also manages special projects, research and development for all new and existing customers.
Mandy joined us in 2013. With 27 years of experience in banking, Mandy brings her skills to the role of Head of Administration. She is also responsible for HR within the company.
Joel joined us in 2015. Previously part of the Royal Australian Engineering Corp of the Australian Army, Joel uses his skills and experience to manage the Government and Defence sector of the business.
Lynda joined us in 2018. Lynda applies her 20 years of industry experience to the role of Quality and Operations Manager to ensure our compliance with our quality manual system and ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation.
Chris joined us in 2021. He brings a Cert III in Automotive Engineering and over 20 years of industry experience to the role of Workshop Manager.
Mark joined us in 2025. After serving over 21 years in the Royal Australian Navy and a subsequent 22 years in the Defence industry, he brings extensive experience and expertise to his role as our Business Development Manager.
Alice joined us in 2021. Having completed her Certificate IV in Engineering, she manages the completion of projects as part of the defence team. She also manages the company’s marketing and social media pages.
Zac joined us in 2018. Having completed his Certificate IV in Engineering, Zac works mainly in the defence sector of the Chief team as our Maintenance Lead for on-site tasks.
John joined us in 2025 as a Defence Administrator. He is currently completing his Certificate III in Business.
Peter joined us in 2023, bringing years of industry experience to the team. Peter completes work mainly in the defence sector of the Chief team as our MRO Specialist.
Ashlee joined us in 2023. She completes work for both our defence and industrial sectors as our Workshop Coordinator. Ashlee is currently completing her Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical.
Brett joined us in 2022 as a Hose Technician. As a certified fitter machinist with 15 years of industry experience, Brett completes work for both our defence and industrial sectors as part of the workshop team.
Liam joined us in 2024 as a Hose Technician. With a mechanical background and having completed his Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical, Liam supports both our defence and industrial sectors as part of the workshop team.
Daniel joined us in 2026 as a Hose Technician. With a Certificate IV in Engineering – Fluid Power and 10+ years of industry experience, Daniel completes work for both our defence and industrial sectors as part of the workshop team.
Gabriel joined us in 2025 as an Apprentice Hose Technician. He completes work for both our defence and industrial sectors as part of the workshop team. Gabriel is currently completing his Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical.
Anhur has joined us in 2026 as an Apprentice Hose Technician. He completes work for both our defence and industrial sectors as part of the workshop team. Anhur is currently completing his Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical.
Nicole joined us in 2022. Nicole applies her 10+ years of administration experience to her role as an Office Administrator.
Stelnina joined us in 2025 as a Office Administrator. She is currently completing her Certificate III in Business Administration.
